The space After parking your car in the private courtyard, a beautiful marble spiral staircase will take you inside the luxurious home. You will love spending time in the large living room furnished with a beautiful vintage black wood piano: a particularly elegant environment worthy of the best 5-star hotels. A sliding door in colored glass separates you from the dining room and the kitchen equipped with everything you need: oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and a complete set of pots and pans. All the rooms in the living area are very bright and connected to each other by a large balcony that, after having toured the house, allows you to access the first of the two outdoor gardens. The highlight of the house is the beautiful double suite. In addition to having a private bathroom with shower, it has its own balcony that overlooks the west side of the house. At sunset you will enjoy a fiery red light coming in through the window and coloring the whole room. You will also have a Smart TV with NETFLIX, a wall cabinet and a large vintage dresser to store all your belongings. The second bedroom is great for your children or friends. Two comfortable wrought iron beds will allow them to rest after a day at the beach. Here, too, they will have a wall cabinet and a desk. Finally, there is an additional double bedroom. It is also equipped with a television and a private balcony with a view of the Fermo area! In addition to the en-suite bathroom, the house has two other bathrooms. One complete with everything near the sleeping area and a 1/2 bath near the kitchen. There are many amenities that we will make available to you during your stay: a set of Shampoo, Shower Bath and Body Cream, a set of towels (large, medium and small) for each guest, and some tourist guides to move around the area better. For the warmer months, a relaxation area will be set up in the garden, including deckchairs, umbrella and picnic table. To cover these additional interventions, a fee of €40 is provided in addition to the standard cleaning cost, which will be requested during self check-in.
