Ideal house for 2 families with large living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, a large plot ideal for children of 1500 m², an above-ground swimming pool, breathtaking views of the mountains... A terrace where it's nice to stroll, absolute calm just 10 minutes from the entrance to Grenoble. Ideal for a dream vacation. You will be about 20 minutes from the resort of Chamrousse, perfect for skiing and walking in the mountains in summer and 10 minutes from the thermal baths of Uriage The space On the living floor you will find: - a large bright kitchen overlooking a large wooden terrace. - a living room with a large wooden dining table, a TV/living room area with fireplace - one bedroom with a stretchable bed 80/200 -> 160/200 with almost new mattresses, - bathroom with bathtub, - a laundry room, - a separate toilet. Upstairs there are: - 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm - very good quality mattress), - 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed 140*200 (new or almost new mattress), with the possibility of adding 1 mattress on the floor per room. These 2 bedrooms have access to a terrace with stunning views of the Belledonne mountain range. - bathroom with bathtub - and a separate toilet. A large garden awaits you, a trampoline and an unobstructed view! And of course, not forgetting my chickens! I rent out my primary residence, with my business, my lifestyle. You will find a soul in this house, but also surely some cobwebs or children's objects in incongruous places ;-) If you want to stay more than a week, please let me know before you book, I will give you a rate. Finally, I may not be able to welcome you and/or be present for your departure. In any case, I can be reached by phone, a welcome booklet awaits you, and I can settle your questions with the help of the neighbors if needed. If you like, you can take care of my chickens and enjoy good fresh eggs every day! If you want ironed sheets and beds made, it's €15 per person extra. When you leave, I just ask you to tidy up the kitchen and leave it relatively clean out of respect for my cleaning lady, she and I take care of the cleaning when you leave in your place!
