Complete house near to the beach with 6 beds in Scandinavian style (lots of white and wood). Just 75 meters from the beach. Rebuilt in januari 2016. Complete new kitchen and bathroom. The interior is very modern. The house is fully equipped, is very shelterd and offers a lot of privacy. Great terrace in front of the house. The space Living on the water and by the beach. Many people dream of it. I rent out my vacation home in Makkum, located less than 100 meters from the beach and water (IJsselmeer). My vacation home is located in the recreational park De Holle Poarte, but is very sheltered with lots of privacy in a dune-like environment. You can walk to the beach via the sandy path. Wi-Fi is available in the house. The spacious living room is about 36 m2 with a modern open kitchen with dishwasher and oven. There is a coffee maker available (filter coffee). There is also a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. There is central heating throughout the house. There is satellite TV available. There are two bedrooms (downstairs) and a loft (upstairs). (3x two people). In total, there are 6 beds. The house is cozily decorated in Scandinavian style (white with wood) with retro look furniture. On the spacious terrace, there is a complete modern lounge corner sofa and a dining table with chairs. There is sun on the terrace all day. A barbecue is also included. In the shed, there are various beach items that you can take with you to the beach. Also for the children, there are various beach items available in the shed (including scoops and buckets, balls, beach ball, boules, etc.). There are two bicycles available (1 women's bicycle and 1 men's bicycle). Guest access Guests have the complete holiday home at their disposal. Its a sheltered location, there is a lot of privacy. On the recreation park there are several facilities where the tenants can make use of if they wish. Other things to note TOURIST TAX €2.00 per guest/per night (2025). The tourist tax will be charged 1 week before arrival via an additional payment request in the Airbnb system. During all school holidays, only full-week rentals are possible. Arrival Friday afternoon 3 p.m. / departure Friday morning 10.30 a.m. Optional: * Towel rental 5 euros per person (3 towels per person) * Rent bed linen 10 euros per person. Bedroom 1 downstairs: 1x double bed (size 180 x 220!!) Bedroom 2 downstairs: 1x bunk bed (2x mattress 90 x 190) Mezzanine upstairs: 2x low bed (2x mattress 90 x 200). This loft is in open connection with the living room.
