Functionally furnished with modern bathroom and with a charming kitchen. There is a private roof terrace where you can look out over the city and enjoy the evening sun. Very central location in lively area. Close to metros, cafes, restaurants, playgrounds, culture, town and beach. Classic Copenhagen building. No elevator The space The apartment is 150 m2 located on the fourth floor of a four-story building, in a quiet neighborhood where there are cozy cafes, shops and parks. The apartment is very bright and has an open design, where several rooms are connected. The apartment is located close to the city center with access to museums, restaurants, shops, bars and theaters. If you are a family with children, you can enjoy the city's many playgrounds, parks and small hideaways, which you will find especially in this area. The apartment sleeps 2-3 couples or single people with children. There are three double beds and a single bed. The apartment has a sunny and large roof terrace overlooking beautiful Copenhagen. There is also a cozy and shared courtyard where you can relax. Guest access You'll find a fully-equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. There is also a TV, WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher. There is both a back staircase and a main entrance to the apartment. We always use the main entrance. There is no elevator. We live in the apartment, so take good care of our treasure. Other things to note The apartment is 5 minutes from the city's most central metro. Get off at Trianglen st. Take the metro from the airport. Switch to M3 towards Nørrebro and get off at Trianglen. About 20-30 minutes in total from the airport. The apartment is in a classic property from the 1900s. If you're more into new construction and hotel atmosphere, then this home is not the right one. ' We live there - and love our home, which is cozy and close to everything. As can be seen from the reviews, we have had one and fortunately only one very boundary-crossing experience with a guest who took video footage of our home and destroyed things in order to get a refund. And who wouldn't talk to us either in writing or in speech. After that experience, we took a break from renting. It was violent.
