The house has retained its beams and honey coloured stone walls throughout but offers the modern comforts of home. The Pic offers accommodation over two floors. • Ground floor This offers an open plan living space with kitchen dining and living areas ideal for relaxation and entertainment along with two shower/ toilet rooms. *The kitchen has a gas cooker/ fridge/dishwasher/ microwave /kettle and coffee maker along with crockery and cooking utensils.A payable washing machine is available communally *The living area has two sofas and two armchairs and the dining area has a large oak table and chairs.
