Le Rayol is a carefully renovated (early 2000s) natural stone villa standing in 15 acres of terraced olive-groves, maritime pine trees and grass. Additional renovations are planned for spring 2025. The house faces south-east and the house-front and terraced patio (for 'al fresco' meals!) are covered. Here you will find peace and quiet, summer breezes, carrying the scent of lavender, thyme, rosemary and pine, and a 'forever' view to die for. In the white washed clear and simple decor of the house you will also find some family antiques. The windows have wooden shutters on the inside and out. There is a 11x5 m outdoor private swimming-pool and a breathtaking open view over the hills towards the sea. The house also adjusts well for 2 people. There are no immediate neighbours. Shaded parking. Outdoor furniture provided. New kitchen in 2025. No parasol due to wind, but the olive tree by the pool provides shade. Please note that the last 800 metres of road to the property is not tarred and its condition varies depending on the weather. One has to drive carefully to avoid small rock protrusions. No need for 4x4 vehicles. WiFi internet is available from mid-May to end of September.
