Cozy, modern, pleasant, bright accommodation, where you'll find peace and comfort, ideal for 2 travelers. Ideally located between the forests of Ecouves and Perseigne, close to the Paris/Le Mont Saint Michel greenway, stage 8. Bed and bath linens not provided, cleaning at your expense. The space The house has an equipped kitchen, a living area with TV and sofa bed, upstairs an office, an open bathroom and a bed area. Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee of 10 euros to be paid upon arrival. Access to good quality Wi-Fi. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and geothermal heating. An enclosed space hosting a small outdoor terrace with garden table. A covered garage available for 2 vehicles. Guest access Covered garage available. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not provided. We have two dogs who share the common courtyard but stay in their kennel when our hosts are present.
