A welcoming gite with pool, Mont Saint Michel area

Situated 15min away by car from the seaside and 5min away from the shops, the gite is nestled in an acre of private land with orchard and small vegetable garden. With its solar-heated pool (from july to the end of august) and private car park, it ensures full comfort and safety for the whole family. The space The gîte "La Chauvellerie" is fitted for 5 pers. (max 6) : a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom/toilet, 2 bedrooms upstairs. Guest access The cottage is independent and adjoining the main residence. Guests have their own parking and private play areas: swimming pool, badminton/volleyball court, swings, ping-pong table... They also have access to the large wooded garden (apple, cherry, wild cherry, birch...) and the hen house for good fresh eggs! Other things to note 5 minutes away, at Haye Pesnel, there is a supermarket, bakery/pastry shop, butcher/delicatessen, pharmacy, pizzeria restaurant, doctor's office...
