In the Sulcis Iglesiente area, inside the Tanca Piras residence, built facing the sea, we offer a terraced house with 4 beds, (including children) kitchen, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, cellar, shared swimming pool, outdoor parking. The swimming pool generally is open from june to september. Tourist tax 2025: 2 euros per person per day. (max 5 days) Children under 10 are exempt from paying the tourist tax. The space CIN: IT111035C2000P7143 The terraced house of approximately 60 square meters is located in an exclusive context of rare natural beauty, in a village overlooking the Gulf of Lion, with a view of the famous stacks of Nebida (Iglesias). The location of the village is spectacular, with a breathtaking seafront panorama, the ideal place to enjoy the tranquility and the typical scent of this splendid corner of Sardinia, rich in history and far from mass tourism. The house is set in a context suitable for families, couples who love water sports, trekking and hiking and mountain biking. It is composed as follows, on the ground floor of a small tiled garden with a small covered patio where it is possible to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, a living room with kitchenette, dressing room, bathroom and cellar, on the first floor a double bedroom with color TV 24 ” and balcony, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The unguarded reserved parking space is outside the village. The house is not in front of the swimming pool but in a much more private position, especially in the summer period, silence, tranquility and privacy are more assured. It is 50 meters away from the shared swimming pool and the village restaurant. It is equipped with 4 beds, (including children) air-conditioned in every room, furnished with attention to detail. The beaches are about 10 minutes by car. The cost of the rental includes the stay for 4 people, the consumption of electricity, within the limits of the supply contract, water, gas, a single supply of bed linen and one towel at the beginning of the stay (further supplies of linen are considered extra costs) , air conditioning, use of the kitchen, wi fi router, use of the shared swimming pool in compliance with the regulations and unattended parking outside the village. All extra requests must be communicated after booking by contacting us directly. The pool is generally open from June to September. CONDOMINIUM SWIMMING POOL OPENING HOURS SUMMER 2025 September: every day 10:00/13.00 – 15.00/19.00 To be paid in cash on site: TOURIST TAX: 2 euros per person per day. (max 5 days) SECURITY DEPOSIT: 200.00 euros All guests are kindly invited to pay the SECURITY DEPOSIT upon arrival. The amount will be refunded at the end of the stay without prejuis is for the sake of correctness and to avoid any problems related to the booking phase.dice to any violations of the contractual provisions and/or damage caused to the equipment and furnishings. The proper functioning of the condominium swimming pool, the care of the hygienic-sanitary aspect are guaranteed by a lifeguard. The water quality control is carried out every day and if the lifeguard detects the bathing parameters not up to standard, the swimming pool will be temporarily closed to allow the water to be restored to the bathing values. No BBQ available. We are not equipped to host our animal friends. A connection to a wi fi router is available "free of charge". The service is free so any malfunctions or disservices to the line or router attributable to us do not entitle you to any compensation. The costs "DO NOT INCLUDE KITCHEN CLEANING", cutlery, pots, glasses, pans, hob, sink, hob, electric oven and microwave oven. Guests can directly clean the kitchen and all the accessories used during their stay by using the suitable material. The kitchen must be returned at the end of the stay perfectly clean and tidy as received on the day of arrival. If the owners at the time of check out detect the need to further clean the kitchen and the supplied accessories, an additional 50 euros will be withheld from the security deposit. In order to avoid disputes, some photos will be taken at check-in. WASTE Guests must dispose of their waste individually, using the color-coded bins located inside the apartment. Each guest must use only the color-coded bins equipped with a microchip identifying the owner of the apartment. The bins must be placed outside the complex, along Via S'Argiola, by 10:00 PM on the day before the scheduled collection date, and only on the days and times established by the municipal calendar. The bags must be properly sealed. Guests are responsible for collecting the bins the following morning. Failure to comply with the schedule and rules for waste sorting will result in a complaint, and the €50 disposal fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Any additional fines for incorrect waste disposal issued by the municipal authorities responsible for collection will be charged to guests. ON REQUEST DURING BOOKING: 4 chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 cooler for the beach, free of charge. Check in from 17.00. Check out by 10.00. Upon check in, as required by national law, guests must: 1 - show an identity document (passport for guests from outside the European Community) for each guest who will stay at our house for the subsequent communication of data to the State Police Headquarters and the administrative offices of the Sardinia Region. 2 - sign a short-term tourist rental contract; 3 - pay the security deposit and the tourist tax in cash. It is not permitted to invite other people into the apartment without the owner's permission. Minors will not be able to stay in the house unless accompanied by an adult. The village is guarded and equipped with a video surveillance system of the perimeter and the common condominium areas. Each guest will be provided with a remote control for opening and closing the entrance gate to the village. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM The electricity supply installed at the home is 3.3 kilowatts. The simultaneous use of multiple appliances in the home will result in the main meter located at the entrance to the residence being disconnected. To avoid disconnections, guests are advised to check the consumption table attached to the information booklet. In order to avoid any damage to the air conditioners, we invite you to turn them off before leaving the house. The unguarded parking space is outside the village. No BBQ available. The well-kept and lush private park, characterized by the typical vegetation of the island, branches out into various small paths that lead to panoramic points from where you can witness the spectacular sunset that nature offers every day. The village offers a bar restaurant where you can taste excellent typical local dishes rigorously prepared with local seasonal products and served in a wonderful panoramic veranda overlooking the sea. The Tanca Piras village is not far from the town where you can find some small markets, bars, restaurants/pizzerias, pharmacy and post office. The splendid and evocative location makes the village an excellent starting point for any activity guests wish to carry out during their holiday. They will be able to dedicate themselves to their favorite sports, such as kitesurfing and windsurfing lessons, excursions by boat, dinghy, mountain bike, quad or off-road vehicle, trekking or, for the less daring, simple cultural walks, visiting the various historical sites and the various caves present in the area. Guest access Upon your arrival it is mandatory to show personal documents and sign the rental contract. The village is guarded. Each guest will be provided with a remote control to open and close the entrance gate to the village. Parking is outside the village. Tourist tax. The itineraries are of various types: archaeological (mining and nuragic archeology), naturalistic and visits to the caves, etc. Along the suggestive coast overlooking the sea, full of beaches and coves, in the middle of the Sulcis Iglesiente Geomining Park you can find a glimpse of authentic Sardinia, rich in history (ranging from Neolithic archeology to the industrial one of abandoned mines) with some of the most picturesque characteristic landscapes of the Mediterranean. The Tanca Piras village is the ideal place to enjoy the tranquility and the typical scents of this marvelous part of Sardinia, still tied to its history and far from the flows of mass tourism. Nebida and the surrounding area are known for their splendid beaches, but also because they bear witness to a recent past linked to mining. Often, next to the wonderful coves with emerald waters, it is easy to find evidence of the ancient mining buildings, such as the La Marmora washery, which stands on the rocks a few meters from the residence. You can quickly reach the nearby islands of San Pietro or Carloforte with its tuna traps or venture out to discover naturalistic-excursion routes (Miniere nel blu) or discover the splendid nearby beaches (Funtanamare, Plagemesu, Cala Domestica, Porto Paglia, Masua, Porto Pino, Portixeddu, without forgetting the dunes of Piscinas and Scivu) or visit the Geo-mining Park of Sulcis, in particular Porto Flavia, the Carbonia Mine and the caves of Su Mannau, Is Zuddas, and Santa Barbara or the Temple of Antas from the Punic-Roman era and the Archaeological site of Monte Sirai from the Phoenician era or the pre-Nuragic necropolis of Montessu.
