After a complete refurbishment of the flat, we are back to offer our beautiful suite! Enjoy it! --- In a prime area of Copacabana, just two short blocks from the beach, this airy, quiet and spacious double suite features a comfortable queen-size bed, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, and a work/study area, as well as an en-suite bathroom. Metro: Cantagalo station. It is an 9-minute walk from the building. You are staying in the perfect place from which to explore Rio de Janeiro. The space My apartment is a 4 bedroom apartment, with 4 bathrooms, 1 living room, bar area,1 dinner room, kitchen and laundry area. The building has 24 hours surveillance and is located in a safe and best area of Copacabana. Guest access Guests are welcome to make use of all comunal areas, kitchen and it's utensils and wash machine too. ----- Our building offers two accesses: Social entrance and service entrance. Both accesses have a 24-hour doorman. Guests need to ring the intercom for the doorman to authorize entry into the building. It is not allowed to walk around the main entrance without a blouse (girls only in bikinis,boys only in shorts or swim trunks). Condominium Rules. Guests must use the building's service entrance when returning from the beach. This entrance has an intercom. Guests must ring the intercom for the doorman to open the gate. There is a sink for guests to wash off the sand and this is where the service elevator is to go up to the apartment. During your stay I will be glad to help guests get by and to give tips about Rio de Janeiro. Other things to note Please make sure the communal areas are always left tidy. -- Visitors (non-guests) are not allowed for security reasons and building rules. Its will be possible,only if you inform me before check in and do not exceed the maximum number of guests (2). This way I can leave the names on the concierge list.
