The house can accommodate up to 7 people and is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for comfort, tranquility, and convenience, without sacrificing proximity to the sea. The space The house is spread across several levels and is organized into functional and well-kept rooms. On the ground floor, there is the modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a small relaxation corner. Also on the ground floor there is a half bathroom, equipped with a toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer. The second bedroom is located on the second floor. The room has a bunk bed with a single bed on top and a queen-size bed on the bottom (1 person on top and up to 2 people on the bottom). Thanks to the pull-out sofa bed, the property can accommodate up to a total of 5 people. The room is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing guests to access their own accounts and connect to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming platforms. On the top floor is the master bedroom, which is bright and private, with reclining armchairs and a home office area.
