The space Set well back from a quiet country lane, the Tranquil Log Cabin offers peace, privacy and a relaxing countryside escape. With parking directly in front of the cabin and a fully enclosed garden, it's the perfect retreat for couples and their pets. Positioned beneath an oak tree where barn owls return to nest every year, the cabin is designed to make the most of the sunshine in its tranquil rural setting. It's located on a private country lane, just moments from the recently refurbished Royal Norwich Golf Club and only a short stroll from the village's popular, dog-friendly Parson Woodforde pub. Directly opposite the cabin is a beautiful two-acre, post-and-rail parkland field that guests are welcome to enjoy. Wander through the open space, relax on one of the many benches, or simply sit and soak up the rural atmosphere. The field also features a summer house – the perfect spot to read a book, admire the countryside views, watch the wildlife or unwind with your favourite drink. Inside, the spacious log cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There's a separate bedroom and shower with invigorating jet sprays. You'll also enjoy central heating, an outdoor dining area, Chrome-cast TV, and fast broadband for streaming or remote working (if you really must!). The open-plan living area is bright and roomy, with a comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs and kitchenette. Pets are welcome - the enclosed garden is surrounded by hedging and post-and-rail fencing with protective netting to help keep your pets safe. The two-acre field opposite provides plenty of space for walks, exercise and exploring. A pet fee of £25 per pet applies for the first two nights, with an additional charge of £5 per pet per night thereafter. During the breeding season, the resident barn owls can often be seen flying from the nesting box in the oak tree at the front of the cabin, particularly at dusk. We take great pride in preparing the cabin for every guest, with thorough cleaning and careful attention to detail to ensure you enjoy a comfortable, relaxing and memorable stay. Guest access You have your own drive, parking space in front of the log cabin and herb/flower gardens. The gardens are fully enclosed. The log cabin is in a warm sunny position and overlooks post and rail horse fields. Use the hammock to relax in and be mesmerised by the sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine on the front porch. Heated with an effective radiator and separate electric oil radiator if you wish to have a heating boost. The log cabin is in an exclusive spot with the benefit of a field which has paths and seating to enjoy. There's also a small summer house in the field.
