The space Apartment 7   The approximately 54 sqm two-room apartment is located on the upper floor of a villa extensively renovated and modernized in 1999 in the style of the „ bathroomarchitecture“. It has an extremely inexpensive layout and is comfortably furnished. From the entrance area you enter the combined living and dining area. This is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, two armchairs, a relaxation chair to relax in and a flat-screen TV.   The kitchen has been harmoniously integrated into this space. Here you will find, among other things, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, as well as various small inventory that completes the kitchen equipment.   The living and sleeping areas have a conservatory with a floor-to-ceiling window front. In this one you will find a comfortable dining table where you can sit. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. In addition, a walk-in closet is available in the adjoining room.   The living room and bedroom can be darkened almost completely.
