The space Apartment 7   The approximately 54 sqm two-room apartment is located on the upper floor of a villa in the style of the "Bäderarchitektur" (bath architecture), which was extensively renovated and modernized in 1999. It has an extremely inexpensive layout and is comfortably furnished. From the entrance area you enter the combined living and dining area. This is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, two armchairs, a relaxation armchair to relax and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has been harmoniously integrated into this space. Here you will find, among other things, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, as well as various small inventory that completes the kitchen equipment.   A conservatory with floor-to-ceiling window front is located in front of the living and sleeping area. In this you will find a comfortable dining table where you can sit. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. In addition, a walk-in closet is available in the next room.   The living room and bedroom can be almost completely darkened.
