The 58 m² apartment stretches over 2 floors and has a separate entrance. The living room has a spacious window front, a cozy sitting area, dining table and chairs and a large TV. From the living room you enter the balcony, which is south of the apartment... The space In addition, there is a tub bath and kitchen on the lower floor of the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven and 2 coffee machines (Dolce Gusto, filter). A storage room under the stairs provides additional storage space. Upstairs is a large bedroom and an additional daylight toilet. Please note that the path to the accommodation is steep and unfortunately cannot be cleared in winter.
