The space The townhouse is part of the westward facing building (no “lake view”) next to Lake Michigan. The unit has 2 bedrooms (King & 2 Fulls) and 2 full baths on the second level with a half bath on the main level. No sofa bed. Guest access All guests will need to be registered to have access to the premises. All Adult guests need to have a registered Airbnb account linked to the reservation or provide government ID within 48 hours of booking. Guests' Visitors with pre-approval may be considered with limitations Other things to note Trash must be bagged and tied shut, no loose trash in the bin. Pickup is Monday morning and the bin(s) will need to be taken out and brought back in. Street parking is available for guests and visitors. One guest car or midsize suv may park in the garage. No full size trucks or boats allowed in the garage. Small dogs may be considered on an individual basis with an additional risk fee and subject to size and breed restrictions. You will have use of the whole unit except the owner's closet area in the basement. The home is As Is and the basement is not finished but provides extra space to hang out and where games are located.There is a gradual slope to the floors that can be felt throughout but most noticeably in the second bedroom upstairs.
