Pickup is Monday morning and the bin(s) will need to be taken out and brought back in. Street parking is available for guests and visitors. One guest car or midsize suv may park in the garage. No full size trucks or boats allowed in the garage. Small dogs may be considered on an individual basis with an additional risk fee and subject to size and breed restrictions. Guest has access to the whole unit except the basement and the home is As Is. There is a gradual slope to the floors that can be felt throughout but most noticeably in the second bedroom upstairs.
