Contained within a converted 19th century Chapel/School this modern single ground floor annex provides a restful haven for weary travellers. With its own private courtyard and outside fireplace there's a feeling of peacefulness inside and out. If you fancy a short stroll, the Hare and Hounds pub provides excellent food and entertainment, and there are direct buses to Leeds, Wakefield, Elland Road and the White Rose Centre. The space Maximum guests is three. A fold down bed will be offered for **third guest** and will be placed in the lounge Offering guests a single ground floor of private living space with your own courtyard and outside fireplace. The Old School House Annex offers peace and privacy with your own private front door. If your fancying a romantic evening outside a fire can be lit for you on request (a small charge of £10 per fire would be required to cover costs) Inside an open plan lounge and kitchen which offers full cooking facilities ( including dishwasher). with a breakfast bar for two. In the lounge a large curved screen TV with provides the entertainment whilst a computer desk and chair provides a touchdown area for laptops. (Free wifi provided) If you cant find anything on the TV a pack of cards, games compendium and some books are also provided. The bedroom has a lovely view of the outside courtyard. Plenty of hanging space is available as well as a safe for storage of your valuables. The generous bathroom which is en-suite to the bedroom, has a shower, hot towel rail, plus free toiletries so help yourself. Guest WiFi throughout. The Old School House Annex has private guest access via the shared Drive automated Gates. Other things to note Your stay includes a light continental breakfast which is left for you. - Croissants - Milk - Juice - Coffee & Tea - Opposite is The Hare and Hounds Public House Serving meals most days and breakfasts through the weekend. A Tassimo coffee machine, cutlery & plates, Toaster, Pots/Pans microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher are all provided . A Baby cot (**fitted mattress sheet only**) is available if required. No pets allowed. There is a hair-dryer & toiletry draw for guests who are travelling light. Central heating radiators provide a constant cosy temperature.
