Maison Flamant - large family holiday home

A traditional french house which has attached stables and barns that have been converted sympathetically. This has been/still is a labour of love that all the family have worked on over the past 6 years. The village is small, characterful and has all the basic amenities such as bakers, grocers, café/bar, newsagents, pizzeria, tapas bar, playground. Property is managed by South of France Holiday Villas who hold the keys, clean and change beds/towels and have 24/7 emergency call out service. The space The most unique thing about Maison Flamant is the space that it offers, making it perfect for family reunions or groups of friends sharing a holiday. You could easily spend every day at the house fully entertained with the games and pool facilities. The indoor and outdoor dining tables easily seat 20 so there is plenty of space for those lazy lunches and evening meals. This house also has oodles of character; we have kept as many original features as possible and used a traditional French style yet also ensured that the mod cons are available! The courtyard and terrace offer space for swimming and lounging with spaces that are in both the sun and shade. We see the house as our family home and hope to be living there permanently in a few years’ time, so each room has personal touches that you don’t always find in rental properties…and look out for the flamant (flamingo) features throughout! Guest access This property is rented as a whole house so you will have private access to all the rooms and amenities. Each room is large so there is plenty of space for everyone! Other things to note Aircon is only in the second floor bedrooms and the games room. Most of the other rooms stay relatively cool, especially when the shutters are kept closed. All of the other rooms have floor fans too.
