Fully furnished and equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, 2 ovens and induction hob, microwave, ground coffee espresso machine, cutlery, dishes. Underfloor heating with a temperature of 23-25 degrees. Heated indoor pool measuring 5x5x1.3m, always at a temperature of 34-36 degrees. Outside, we have a large terrace with tables, chairs, sofas, a 2m TV, a light show, a large barbecue, a gazebo, a fire pit, a jacuzzi, a 4,000 sqm yard with a lawn, fir trees and ornamental plants, parking for 12 cars, a children's playground with slides, a swing, toy cars, scooters, and soccer goals.
