Here you have a real little gem in Nordingrå. The cottage is located in a quiet bay but with proximity to both Bönhamn, Norrfällsviken and Nordingråvallen where shops, restaurants and supplies are available. The cottage has sun from morning to about 6-7 pm in the evening. There is a small boat and life jackets for those who like it too. Unfortunately, there are no buses here, so a car is recommended. The space The most unique thing about the cottage is the location, just as the photos show. The sea is right at your doorstep. In the cottage, there are two bedrooms, a smaller bathroom, kitchen and a living room. There is also a porch that is partially glazed. Guest access You have access to the cottage, but on the same property, I also have a newly-built guest house. Therefore, there is a risk that you will encounter me as a host during the stay, your entire stay or parts of it. I usually come and go a bit depending on the weather. You don't have to feel any obligation at all to hang out with me, but it may be good to know that I may be there.
