Cabin in Cyprus

For the lovers of nature our guest house set up between fields and olive groves. Surrounded by quite traditional Cypriot villages. 25 minutes drive from beautiful beaches, Latchi village and National Park of Akamas. You can choose from walking, cycling, birds watching or just enjoying amazing sunsets. We offer breakfast option for an extra charge. You have an access to the host`s swimming pool. A cat friendly house so expect to meet some new furry friends. Car is essential. Pets are not allowed. The space We offer comfortable accomodation in natural wooden style cabin with a big private bedroom with amazing views from the window and a queen size bed with comfortable mattress, living/dining room with a small kitchennet where you can find a fridge, electric hob and all necessary utensils for cooking. We offer village breakfast as well upon request for an extra charge. The house comfortably fits 2 adults. There is NO A/C in the house only ceiling fans in each room and extra portable fan as we and most of our guests believe that using A/C is not the healthiest option not for humans either for our environment. And our price reflects it. And because our village is a short drive from green and cool Paphos forest and above the humidity level it never gets extremely hot here apart from few days in the summer when we have yellow heat wave warnings. Also we always have refreshing breeze in the area which flows through the house when you have windows open. And during hottest hours we always recommend our guests to enjoy forest walks or lovely beaches just short drive away or come for a cooling swim in our private pool which guests are welcome to use. Outside area by the guest cabin with the shade is all yours with breathtaking panoramic uninterrupted views. No neighbors around except some sheeps and birds. The closest house is ours, but the guest accommodation have a full privacy. We have BBQ facilities, all you need to do is to bring your own charcoal. We have a few very good traditional tavernas within 10 minutes drive in the next village. We recommend automatic and medium size engine car for rental to feel more comfortable on the hilly Cypriot roads. Guest access You are always welcome to use our private swimming pool in season between June till November depending on the weather. Please, note that you are welcome to come for a swim to cool down but you have your own private relaxing area down by the guest house. Other things to note Please, note, during your stay you might see some small habitants of the area as small ants, flies, spiders and lizards and the odd one might get lost and find it's way into the house. Please don't harm them as they are not dangerous and they are very important part of the nature, just brush them out. The whole idea of coming to the rural countryside is about to experience different lifestyle, to learn how to interact with the nature and it's habitants and to appreciate simple and efficient living. But if you really want to have proper getaway we are sure that you'll fully enjoy the peacefulness, tranquility and amazing views around and beautiful sunsets and if you make an effort to get up to see the sunrise, we promise unforgettable memories. It's without mentioning about night skies with million stars and constellations and a milky way above you that you can't take your eyes off! We have couple of eagles living in the area and if you are lucky you might spot them flying low over the house and you'll be amazed by the size and the beauty of these birds! During harvest summer season you might hear tractors working in the night as it's cooler but they will be on the other side of the valley not near you.
