For more details, please contact Felicity! The space The shepherd's hut is set in the corner of the large garden of an eighteenth-century cottage where the host, Felicity, lives. It is situated approximately half a mile outside of the West Sussex village of Kirdford. The shepherd's hut is entirely separate from the main house, accessed directly from the main road with a private driveway to park a vehicle. The accommodation is a charming and cosy hideaway with a modern yet vintage finish. With clever and functional design, the tiny space is able to transform from a comfortable living area with cushioned seating and table, to a luxurious double bedroom. The living area also contains a traditional log burner to keep you warm on colder evenings or mornings. Or for ease, there is underfloor heating. The bathroom is contemporary and contains an incinerator loo, electric shower, shaving mirror, a heated towel rail, plus complimentary toiletries. There is a small kitchenette, equipped with a mini fridge for essentials, plus a Nespresso machine and kettle. There are no cooking facilities and it is requested that guests do not eat hot food inside the shephered's hut. However, breakfast is included in the price and can be pre-ordered from Felicity! To access the beautiful countryside, just walk to the end of the garden, go through the gate and you're there!
