Description
10 minutes from Rémuzat, perched on a plateau above the Saint May gorges, the farmhouse overlooks the Angèle mountain, the Saint Laurent plateau and its vultures, the place is conducive to silence and rest. The nearest neighbor is 200 meters away. The 12-meter pool blends beautifully into the landscape (open from May 18 to October 18). The covered terrace welcomes you at all times. The space Accessible through a large sliding glass door, the very bright house with its all-white floors and old stone walls, opens through a wide staircase onto a large living room, with its old furniture and equipped kitchen. Through the bay window, the view embraces the valley. The master bedroom accommodates a large double bed (1.80 m) and also opens onto the valley. A bathroom with shower and toilet is attached. The accommodation is completed by a second small bedroom with bunk beds (2 m by 2 m) and a second bathroom with shower and toilet. The large covered terrace can also accommodate all your meals. The pool is heated by a heat pump and protected by an electric safety shutter. Access is from the road from Nyons to Gap, via the Condamine road, a macadam road, but narrow and with 8 hairpin bends, three of which are quite tight. Depending on the type of vehicle, a maneuver is required. The road is therefore not recommended for particularly large vehicles, people prone to dizziness or people who do not master hill starts. That said, I climb without any difficulty with my Volvo V90 station wagon (maneuver in three turns), even with a trailer. If in doubt, don't hesitate to ask me. Other things to note Bookings are made from Sunday to Sunday. No check-in on Saturdays. The rent is divided into 90% for renting the building and 10% for renting the furniture.
