2 bedroom cottage with parking for 1 car. 100 yards from centre of Hawkshead village. Spacious lounge/dinning room with coal effect gas fire & well equipped kitchen. 1 pretty double bedroom with en-suite shower room & further large twin room which can be set up as king-sized double (Set up as twin unless requested double when booking). Bathroom with over bath shower. Enclosed back garden with side entrance complete with shower for muddy dogs. Outside seating both back & front. The space Please note that there is one small smart TV in the lounge. This property is not about watching telly. Other things to note Dogs are more than welcome but we ask that you wash &/or dry them if they are muddy/wet before coming inside (Dog shower in the garden) & that they stay downstairs & off the furniture. We have human friends who are allergic to dogs. They can cope using anti-histamines during the day but it is only fair that they can breathe whilst they sleep.
