Pretty Garden Room, Nr. Helmsley, North Yorkshire

A beautiful and peaceful garden room set in the grounds of a Grade 2 Listed, late 18th Century village house and mature English country gardens. We are very lucky to live in such a lovely part of the world, and would be delighted to welcome you to come and stay in our annex room to enjoy the wonderfully peaceful surroundings and starry nights. Marton is a fantastic base from which to explore Ryedale, visit the North Yorkshire Moors, the Yorkshire coast or the historic city of York. The space The annex room is set within a detached cottage, across the courtyard from the main house and at the sunny South-end, with french doors that open out onto the gardens. The bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom ( bath with shower head for rinsing hair) , a dining table and a chest of drawers, along with kettle and a selection of Taylors Tea and Coffee to choose from. All linen and towels are provided, alongside L'occitane complimentary toiletries. There is a garden patio immediately outside the french doors for your use with an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine (or the stars by candlelight). There is WiFi available in the room and limited 3G mobile reception. Guest access On arrival you can park your vehicle within the private courtyard and gain access to the bedroom via french doors, set within our topiary garden. On arrival we will meet you to show to your room and once the keys have been exchanged, guests will enjoy complete independence from the main house for the duration of their stay. We very much hope that you have time to enjoy the gardens and orchard during your stay. Other things to note We are a household with dogs and whilst we understand not everyone shares our love of daschunds and labradors Bertie & Max may be very keen to say hello if they bump into you!
