A beautiful restored early victorian country house with amazing, creative energy used as a film location. Near to Silverstone, 25 miles from Oxford it's perfect in the most relaxing surroundings possible. This listing is our premier master bedroom with a superb luxury en suite. Cheaper rooms are on listings 2, 3 and 4. The space THE MASTER BEDROOM IS A SUPERB ROOM WITH A LARGE AND LUXURIOUS EN SUITE. iT IS NORMALLY OUR ROOM AND WE DO NOT LET IT OUT AUTOMATICALLY AND THERE IS ALWAYS SOME SPECIAL REASON WHY WE DECIDE TO. THUS IF YOU FEEL YOU WOULD LIKE TO STAY IN IT THEN MESSAGE US FIRST DON'T JUST BOOK IT. PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING ANY ROOM . WE BOOK BY THE ROOM noy by the number of people. WE HAVE ANIMALS HERE SO IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANIMALS SPEAK TO US FIRST. WE LIVE IN THE HOUSE AND WHILST WE MAY BE PREPARED TO MOVE OUT FOR A PERIOD IF IT IS AGREED BEFOREHAND IT IS NOT SUITABLE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR COMPLETE PRIVACY WITH NO ONE ELSE IN THE SPACE. IT IS HOWEVER A VERY BIG HOUSE SO ON BUSY DAYS WE CAN HAVE SEVERAL DIFFERENT FAMILES HERE. ASK US IF THIS IS A CONCERN. I HAVE WRITTEN THIS BECAUSE OUR EXPERIENCE TELLS US THAT PEOPLE TODAY ASSUME AND IT IS OFTEN NECESSARY TO ASK! In certain circumstances we wil. be happy to drive you to Silverstone or collect you from locally. Ask us first. Turweston airfield is two miles from the house and will take a private plane or helicopter. Silverstone circuit is two miles north of our village. Generally we supply basic breakfast during the week but there are many nearby venues to which we can direct you that will create lavish, high quality cooked breakfasts. There is masses of parking and a huge amount of space. We also have musical instruments and many paintings on display so you wil stay somewhere that is very inspiring and relaxing Guest access We are easy going and generally you wll have a fairly free run of the house with no rooms off limits as long as you ask us first. That's basic courtesy and what the rappers call "Respect".! We are happy to allow people to cook in our kitchen if they ask us first. We are also happy for you to use our fridge and make as much tea and coffee as you like all we ask is that you wash up and return things to where you found them. People who stay with us are treated like grown ups and friends rather than hotel guests. We are friendly hosts and prefer people staying to be treated like friends rather than lodgers feeling that they must stay in their room. During your stay We are very available very friendly and in principle guests can use more of the house than just their room. We ask that when making tea and coffe you leave the kitchen as tidy as you found it and wash up your cups and spoons. Other things to note This listing is for pur premier room the master bedroom with a superb and very large luxury en suite bathroom. We do not let it out automatically so message us first if you want to stay in it. Confusion has arisen over Air B and B's peculiar way of listing so to avoid that confusion I want to emphasise that each listing is for one room and that there are four rooms in total over the four listings. We also have a lising for people who want a very simple stay which allows them to experience the house by bringing their own sleeping bags and sleeping on settees or chairs If you book this room you are not booking the whole house or the other rooms. Prices are discussed and agreed in anything except straightforward situations in other words you have chosen one room, there are two of you and you are aware of the cost. If you are a family of six or nine single people always talk to us first. We can usually work out how to accommodate most situations.
