Stunning oak framed self contained cottage

Tucked away in the garden of our home, you will find this stunning oak framed self contained cottage. Sleeps four in two double bedrooms with its own private patio. The space The main bedroom has a king sized bed and set of small draws. There are hanging hooks and room to store your luggage under the bed. The only bathroom at the property is the en-suite and has a large walk in shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom is upstairs, this has a bespoke double bed which is low to the ground to fit under the eaves. There is also a large chest of draws. The upstairs space has a huge corner sofa and a sofa bed. The cottage has a beautiful modern open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and oven. There is a small built in fridge, but this does not have an ice box. A kettle and toaster and tea, coffee and sugar are all provided. In the lounge area there is a huge leather sofa and arm chair. The cottage has a wall mounted flat screen TV with Amazon fire stick. The whole of the ground floor has underfloor heating and radiators upstairs. Our garden is terraced on 3 levels and we have our own patio and lawn on the top level. You might meet our very friendly Labradors, cocker spaniel and two cats from time to time too. The cottage has its own sunken patio with 4 chairs (just ask for the cushions ) and a fire pit table. Logs and kindling on request. A bbq with fuel is also available on request. Guest access You will have access to the whole ground floor and outside patio area. The upstairs space is also available for guests, although I do use one of the small rooms as an art studio and respectfully ask that guests don’t use this space. The studio will not be in use during your stay. We have a large private drive way for you to park up to 2 cars in, additional parking is also available close by. Our house is in a quiet village with an excellent pub ( The Wheatsheaf) with an award winning menu and excellent Sunday lunches( booking advisable). There are plenty of stunning walks locally. Other things to note The cottage is set on the lower level of our terraced garden and is accessible by several steps with no hand rails. Please do not dispose of sanitary products or wet wipes in the toilet or pour fats of any kind down the sink. There is only one bathroom, which is the en suite and only accessible from the bedroom.
