The villa has a spacious flat area with several pergolas for shade, a brick barbecue for outdoor meals, a petanque court and a ping-pong table. Parking within the same plot for 8-9 vehicles. Location: Just 1.2 km walking distance from Calpe's widest sandy beach (Arenal-Bol), seafront promenade, restaurants and all services. Calpe town is approximately 1.5 km away. Observation: Free WiFi.
