The Red House Annexe is in the centre of Bourton on the Water, at the heart of the Cotswolds. Opposite Greystones nature reserve - this is fabulous for walkers or a couple looking for a peaceful retreat. There is also a travel cot and high chair for those with a baby. The property is a 3 minute walk to the river, surrounded by wonderful shops, restaurants, tea rooms and attractions. It truly is a tranquil English village.A great base for exploring the Cotswolds, and to return to and relax! The space A beautiful property, on the edge of a nature reserve , in the centre of the village - a walkers paradise - benefiting from its own access and private, secure parking. Located just 400 yards from the river, where you will find a wealth of restaurants, tea rooms, shops and attractions. If you have a dog - this a dogs paradise ! The property itself has lovely bright rooms, consisting of a lounge/bedroom , kitchen and bathroom. Large Lounge/Bedroom : with log burner (Wood can be used from our log store in the front drive ), heating, large TV with freesat, wifi, (although signal does dip sometimes )a king size bed and sofa - with access out to the private garden. Ample storage for clothing. Bed linen is included in the price. A cot is also available . Table and chairs for two people . Kitchen: with oven, microwave, kettle, cafetière ,toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, plus cleaning products. An iron and ironing board are provided. A high chair is also available. A heated clothes rail is used for drying clothes . Bathroom: Brand New fitted bathroom - finished Jan 2023- walk in shower, sink and toilet. Other things to note There is a nature reserve opposite which is great for walking. Venizia Italian in Bourton is good . Tbe Slaughters , Broadway are worth a visit .
