Solent View Cottage

Solent View Cottage is a beautiful little fisherman’s cottage just 20 meters from the beach enjoying unobstructed views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. Enjoy the large shared lawn garden and decking soaking up the sun or curl up on the sofa in front of the log burner. Perfect and safe for families with kids. The space Downstairs there is a modern open plan fully equipped kitchen / living / dining room with one sofa, one sofa bed, bean bags, log burner, smart TV, WiFi and Bluetooth speaker. A dining room table & 6 chairs then leads to the kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Also a small family bathroom with bath and over bath shower. two bedrooms on the first floor with a double bed in one and twin beds in the other. The house has full central heating and hot water and the use of a BBQ. Guest access Guests may drive their car right down to the cottage to load / unload and then park anywhere back up on the cliff top road. Other things to note The house is a terraced property so please be mindful of neighbours.
