New eleven apartment on Lake Como

New eleven apartment is located in Onno, a fraction of the town of Oliveto Lario, on the western shore of the Lecco branch, at the foot of the famous Lariano Triangle, with its natural parks and its geological and botanical wonders, overlooking the wonderful beach, 10 minutes drive from Bellagio and Lecco. The location is elegant and relaxing, ideal for spending unforgettable moments on Lake Como. The furniture is modern, gray and white predominate. The space The apartment is on the first floor with attic in a small Residence developed horizontally. On the first floor there is the living area, comprising well-equipped kitchen (oven with microwave, induction hob, fridge with small freezer, coffee machine, toaster, crockery for 6 people), maxi sofa, smart tv , 240 cm table and small bookcase. This floor is equipped with USB sockets, a waterfall shower and water jets. The sofa bed in the living area is a regular double bed (160 cm) with slats and latex mattress. From here you access the large terrace, from which you can admire the spectacular sunsets and the play of light reflected in the lake .... maybe tasting the typical dishes of Lombardy and its most famous wines. The sleeping area is located on the upper floor accessible by a modern spiral staircase and has a double bed, two transformable ottomans, a bathroom with velux and shower. An integral part of this area are: the reading & relaxation corner, a play area (see "other things to consider"), desk and balcony. Guest access Guests have access to the residence’s garden and swimming pool, open from June to September. The facility has a personal certification regarding sanitization standards and procedures. You will find the certificate within the facility. H 1.40 mt fenced pool without lifeguard. No minor will be accepted unless accompanied by a parent or adult with delegation in reference to article 2 of the Italian civil code Other things to note On the upper floor a play area has been created called "Special games to develop motor and creative skills" With each new arrival of young guests, the number of pieces of the kitchen and the train tracks with its accessories will be increased. Do not miss this chance! We ask our little guests to leave their design as a souvenir and an email .... Every year you can create an album with the drawings of all the children who stayed in the apartment and if you wish, I can send it to you. Alternatively you can take a picture of the route created and send it to my contact.
