One bedroom, kitchen/living room with double bed, wardrobe, android TV, kitchen/living room with dining area, sofa that can be a sleeping place for one. Nice bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. Short distance to the Vocational School/NTNU and only 15 minutes to walk to the city center. The space Small apartment with private entrance from private garden. In the summer there are tables and chairs on the patio, ready to enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun. Private entrance to the apartment which contains a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and android TV connected to Wifi, combined kitchen/living room with dining area, sofa that can be a sleeping place for one person. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, including a fridge, microwave and hob with two hotplates. Nice bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and drawer/shelf for storage. Guest access The apartment has a private entrance and guests have a private part of the garden. Parking in the common courtyard/driveway can be arranged. Other things to note Unfortunately, we can't allow dogs or cats due to allergies. We also have a non-smoking policy on the property. Hope it works out. Basically, it's street parking. We share the courtyard, so let us know if you bring a car.
