Rent a nice 85 m² apartment on the first floor of our house with separate entrance. Amenities: Large corner bathtub, shower, toilet, hand and bath towels, hairdryer, TV-Sat, double bed, couch Dining table, kitchen, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, Wi-Fi; Parking on the property Daily tax (municipality) of €1.10 per night per person is to be paid separately. Security deposit not through Airbnb (€150) Disinfectant in the apartment and in the entrance area is provided. Please disinfect hands before coming and leaving. Apartment is thoroughly disinfected after each guest. Since the coronavirus affects us all, please maintain the necessary safety distance (1.5 m) distance. Since we have to spend more time cleaning and disinfecting the apartment, the cleaning fee is slightly increased. Thanks for your understanding!
