The space Jay’s Bay has been specifically designed for your holiday requirements and is in a prime location close to the beach. The apartment entrance is through a private gate leading to a private courtyard. Entering the apartment reveals a fully equipped kitchen including cooker and hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, dining table and chairs. Essential store cupboard ingredients are included. Following on through the kitchen reveals a landing which leads to the bathroom with a large walk in shower and Italian Terrazzo tiling throughout. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided. The multifunctional living and bedroom area is accessed down a small flight of stairs. The bedroom boasts a very comfortable Vi Spring bed and Egyptian cotton bedding for the best nights sleep. Storage for clothing, a vanity area and hairdryer are also provided. The lounge area comprises of a comfortable leather sofa with cushions and throws a coffee table and a flat screen HD TV with Sky, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Designer dimmable lighting to soften the mood for relaxation. The stylish table and chairs in the private courtyard is ideal for your morning coffee and alfresco dining. The courtyard enjoys continuous sun throughout the day and there is enough space to store cycles and other outdoor equipment. Cycles and outdoor equipment must not be stored in the apartment kitchen and cleaning of wetsuits in the walk in shower is strictly prohibited.
