TV, linens , sheets and towels, clothesline, coffee maker, coffee maker, iron, toaster, blender, microwave,  kitchenware, cutlery and glassware complement the equipment of the house.   The urbanization is very pleasant, with many green areas and has 2 tennis courts, swimming pool for adults and children (the use of cap is mandatory// open in summer season only) , children's skating rink, etc. all available free of charge to the tenants of the apartment. From the sandy beach, there is a hiking path along the coast to the other beaches of Isla (Sable and Los Barcos) that impacts all visitors without exception. And very close by is the Trasmiera Ecopark that organizes guided tours of the marshes of Joyel, one of the most important humerals of migratory birds in Europe. Cabárceno Park and Santander  are just 45 km away and Santoña (a charming seaside villa) can be visited 10 minutes away by car.   1 maximum pet is allowed with an optional fee. In the summer, there are multiple outdoor activities for children and seniors  organized by the City Hall, and the tourist office of Isla has free bike rides.
