Vacation apartment in the affluent suburbs of Berlin

Simply escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and slow down. In our apartment it is possible, as we live in a quiet settlement on the outskirts of Berlin. Room for 4 adults/2 toddlers. The apartment has 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. On the terrace you will find 1 grill. Altlandsberg has a historic city center and various restaurants such as the brewery and distillery or the poor house, just the thing for those seeking peace. Parking is possible. Bus: about 5 minutes' walk The space Our apartment is located on the upper floor. The apartment has the front garden area with two terraces. One is located directly at the entrance to the apartment, the second is located on the side next to the entrance door. In the living room, there is a TV corner, consisting of two double loungers, which can also be used as beds on request. Games are available for leisure activities. Two boxes with information cards for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation to explore Berlin and the surrounding area are located in the TV cabinet. Two bedrooms invite you to rest. In one is a desk, a dresser above it, a mirror, two nightstands and two beds. For our little guests, we have set up a toddler bed. It is possible to set up a travel bed (available). The second bedroom also has a chest of drawers with a mirror, two nightstands and two beds. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. In the closet there is toilet paper, hand and bath towels, a first aid kit as well as a fire blanket, a hairdryer as well as soap, hair shampoo and shower gel. A toilet insert for toddlers and a hand wash basin insert for the bathtub are available on request. The small kitchen offers space for cooking and eating, equipped with two hotplates and a small infrared oven, a fridge and a coffee maker. The dishes are available for 6 persons. A cookbook and fresh spices are also available. In the small hallway at the end of the stairs is a large mirror where you can see yourself again in full size before leaving the house. The grill is already in the right place. In the front yard there is another terrace with an adjoining garden pond. A small waterfall ripples and invites you to dream. The car can be parked in a parking space on the premises. Other things to note We are hobby beekeepers. On our second property about 20 m away, there are bees and a small vegetable garden. Recently, we also have chickens and ducks. We look forward to seeing our guests. Even the little ones are welcome in our house. No pets allowed due to allergies.
