The space The garden apartment has huge French doors that open onto the south-facing terrace. It is flooded with light and decorated in bright colors - with dark blue accents. The apartment has a room with double bed and extra bed as well as another day bed/extra bed adjacent to the living area. The luxurious bathroom has a glass vanity and towel dryer. The well-equipped kitchen-living room has fridge with freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, microwave and raclette tip with hot stone and fondue set. For the balcony there is an electric grill. Storage space is also available. It has a garage. The apartment is a 7-minute walk from the cable car and a 10-minute walk from the village center with the thermal bath. Guest access The apartment is exclusively built and furnished for guests. We equipped it as we would like a vacation rental ourselves. Other things to note Chasa Diala is located on the hillside above the village Scuol. The Lower Engadine is a tranquil, scenic area. Old, sluggish farmhouses with graffiti on the façade and several castles (Tarasp Castle, Steinfels Fortress) characterize the area. Scuol was a famous spa town around the turn of the century, as more than 20 strong mineral springs spring up in the region. Just a few meters behind the Chasa Diala is the Vi-Quelle. You can always fill your fresh mineral water for home. The Chasa Diala is surrounded by a fragrant mountain garden with guardholder, larch and arven. It's the name of the "dialas", the mountain lakes of Scuol. According to legend, they live on the slope "Schinnas", which also houses the Chasa Diala. They are beautiful but bock-footed women helping the farmers. But if you annoy them, they will never disappear. Maybe you'll see the dialas in our backyard?
