My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids) near the train station, Giverny, Les Andelys, Étretat, Rouen, Paris. Large yard for trucks, garden shed for bikes, outdoor terrace for summer dining in the yard, not overlooked. The space quiet house in the countryside, serenity, close to all shops within walking distance: bakery, florist, doctor, physiotherapist, pharmacy, supermarkets... large 1500 m2 courtyard, outdoor children's games, swing, slide... car parking inside possible. Guest access the 25 m2 bedroom located upstairs, arriving directly in the house, 1 double bed 2 pers (price 35/40 euros) + 1 sofa bed 2 pers (20 euros), possibility of extra bed for 5th person for an additional 15 euros, bathroom (shower + toilet) During your stay if possible, with pleasure Other things to note non-smoking accommodation inside (children), the site does not allow us to charge as we wish for additional people, i.e. if there are 4 of you, you must book for 3 on the site and let us know once the booking is made via the site. On the other hand, if there are two of you and you want to sleep in two separate beds, you will need to make a reservation for three people, otherwise you will only have one bed. Reminder of the rates: the room for 2 people 1 bed: €35, the room for 2 people 2 beds €50, the room for 3 people 2 beds €50, the room for 2 beds 4 people €50 and if you are 5 the room with 2 beds for 2 people plus an extra bed.
