NO EVENTS ALLOWED. This is a two-story, renovated, traditional detached house in a paved neighborhood. On the ground floor there is an open space, with a kitchen, living room - dining room, 1 bathroom & 1 wc. On the first floor there are 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with a single bed and a sofa - bed in the upper living room. THERE IS NO TOILET ON THE FLOOR. The house has central heating. There are free parking spaces in front of the house and in the surrounding streets and squares The space The house is equipped with furniture and electrical appliances for your comfort. There is coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper, etc. and utensils for preparing meals and beverages. The house is ideal for couples and families but also for those who want to work remotely as there is fast internet speed. It is ideal for all seasons. Smoking is prohibited in the house, but there is a yard! We guarantee you a comfortable and welcoming stay so that you can experience the magic of the old town of Xanthi up close and we are sure that you will love our house as much as we do! Guest access The entire house is yours, you do not share it with anyone else! Depending on the number of people booked and after prior consultation with us, you will use the corresponding bedrooms. Other things to note PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. THERE IS NO BATHROOM UPSTAIRS. THERE IS CENTRAL HEATING. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. THERE ARE CEILING AND FREE STANDING FANS AND THE MOUNTAIN BREEZE! Our space is ideal for holidays in our city, as an alternative to work from home or for families.
