Casa Giulia is a villa 100 meters from the sea, 3 km from Pula, 6.9 from Nora beach and the archaeological area, 16 km from Santa Margherita, 21 km from Chia, 30 km from Cagliari. The nearest airport is Cagliari/Elmas, 38 km from the property. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood suitable for those who want to relax, but also for those looking for a bit of nightlife in the evening. The space The house is arranged on two levels: on the ground floor there is a living room with TV, fireplace, a single sofa bed, a sofa bed for one and a half, bathroom with shower, storage room with washing machine and dryer and equipped kitchen (with air conditioner). Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double (with air conditioning) with a balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds (with floor air conditioner) and a bathroom with a bathtub. The villa also has two open spaces: the front one has a veranda with an outdoor living room, the back one has an outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen area and a barbecue. Other things to note There are 3 bicycles (two for adults and one for children) to move around the neighborhood comfortably. There is also a kayak as shown in the photo, available for guests to be able to tour the nearby beaches by sea.
