This beautiful two-bedroom villa is set in the picturesque village of Kato Gatzea featuring incredible sea and mountain view. It has also a beautiful outdoor dining and resting area in a private garden. The space HIsun Seaside Villa enjoys a prime location with an astonishing view over the gulf and access to just around the corner Kato Gatzea beaches. It has 2 bedrooms and an additional relaxing/office room with a sofa, which can become a double bed. The two double bed bedrooms are on the first floor. Each room has its own decoration and access to the private balcony, offering guests the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of tea or coffee and take in the stunning panoramic view. The villa's bathrooms are just as exquisitely decorated as the rest of the rooms, with a jacuzzi in one of them. In HIsun up to 6 guests can be accommodated in a private, peaceful and sophisticated contemporary setting. The ground floor has a spacious open plan layout that includes the living and dining area for up to 8 guests. Next to it is a fully equipped kitchen. This light and airy space has a patio door, access to the secret garden. The space has a modern and luxury decoration in shades of grey and magnolia white. The sofa and armchair are soft and deep, light in colour, modern in design and in front of the fireplace, which is energy-efficient with firewood supplied during the winter months. In the summer there are silent air conditioning units throughout for your comfort. Other modern touches include Smart TVs with Netflix, PS3 console, satellite TV and Blue Ray and DVD players with radio in all rooms, which takes care of your entertainment needs. The kitchen area is fully equipped. There are all modern facilities, including electric oven and hob, sandwich maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, multi blender and coffee making machines. There is also a utility room on the ground floor which houses the vacuum cleaner, as well as the iron and ironing board and offers space for your luggage. The grounds of the villa are enclosed by a low stone wall and ensures privacy. It offers a dining and rest area and sun loungers.
