Modern guests annex with separate entrance, its own parking space and complimentary Continental breakfast. Located next to a bridleway at the end of a quiet close in an idyllic village on the edge of the Cotswolds. The ground floor annexe has a luxury King size bed with en-suite shower room, it’s own living area with a smart TV & Sky, breakfast table & chairs. There are numerous gastro pubs in Deddington and the surrounding villages. Beautiful walks in the countryside from the garden gate. Guest access Guests have free parking next to their accommodation and the village amenities are all a 5/10 minute walk away. Other things to note Please note: we do not have a kitchen or any cooking facilities. We provide complimentary, Tea and coffee, both caf and decaf, kettle, toaster, fridge and food for a Continental breakfast. A mixture of Bread, fruit, cereals, condiments,milk, orange juice, yoghurt etc. Also cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, bottle opener etc The Co Op in the village stocks most items and is open all day, everyday. We endeavour to wash up your items every day or we ask you to leave them in a box if we are away for any reason.
