Vagabond offers a cozy stay and light breakfast in an INCLUSIVE and WELCOMING mellow, private Tiny Art Gallery BnB. Located on a tree lined street in a 1940’s neighborhood, walking distance to Trader Joes, restaurants, boutiques, Fraze Pavillion and Lincoln Park. 10 minute commute downtown to sites like; UD, Dayton Art Institute, Carillon Historic Park, Levitt Pavilion, Oregon District, Front Street, Schuster, Riverscape, etc. Don’t miss Dayton’s stellar local arts and music scene! The space Your unique space is a private 24x20 mother in law suite converted into a tiny BnB version of our downtown Dayton studio & gallery, Vagabond. This super comfy suite has a private, ground floor entrance with key box, accessed from the shared patio overlooking our green space. Amenities include; many new renovations… new carpet, custom built desk area for work, wall mounted adjustable television with fire stick , and WiFi. You can sleep “like a dream” (according to our previous guests) on a plush queen bed. Large closet/luggage area, extra linens, pillows galore, iron and ironing board. Freshen up in the new fully renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. Hair dryer, Spa towels, and various toiletries provided. Kitchenette includes; all kitchen utensil basics and microwave, toaster oven, electric teapot, coffee pour over, and mini fridge(no freezer). Your kitchenette is stocked with varying self service seasonal continental breakfast fare; yogurt, fresh fruit, dry cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee, tea, milk, water, and small snacks. We have decorated the space with a taste of the work we create, show, and sell in our downtown gallery. Photography and recycled object pieces are hung and tagged. All tagged items are available for purchase should you be interested in taking home your very own Vagabond original! Self service instructions are displayed inside main door. Guest access You will have access to the private guest suite and the shared outdoor green space. Other things to note Unfortunately, we are unable to host guests traveling with pets but we welcome you to love on our small rescue pup. We have a small, friendly Papillon dog named Stretch who may greet you outside if we’re home. If you are an animal lover, he will gladly love you back! He has a treat jar in your kitchenette (those are not oyster crackers) they are labeled “Stretch Treats”. We also have an orange indoor cat named, Kitty who does not have access to your space during your stay.
