Private and spacious suite in a quiet neighborhood in San Mateo Baywood Park. The suite has its own private bathroom and has a separate access to the kitchen. We have all hardwood floors and no pets. The room offers: - Fast WIFI, up to 200 Mbps! - New queen sized bed purchased July 2015 - Wall mounted 40" 2015 smart HDTV with Netflix access - Fresh towels - Basic toiletries - Computer desk (LCD monitor available upon request) - Separate access to the kitchen - Full sized closet inside room (completely empty for guest use) - Excellent room layout Flexible check-in pending availability. During your stay We respect the privacy and schedule of our guests so feel free to interact with us as much or as little as you want. I went to high school in Cupertino (South Bay), college in Berkeley, lived on the East Bay and now work in the penninsula. We're happy to give tips for anyone visiting the Bay Area regarding sightseeing, restaurants, hiking, or even where to find a long term place to live. Other things to note The curtains have 2 shadings (complete blackout for late sleepers) and sheer (natural light with privacy). The house is temperature controlled by a smart thermostat for heater but feel free to let us know if you need a slight change in temperature.
