At other times, the hosts stay in their neighboring home. Single story, with an area of 100 m2 with two large bedrooms, 40 m2 living room with GODIN stove, two bathrooms, one of which is private to one bedroom. This house has been renovated with refinement with the concern for comfort and the preservation of its authenticity. You will find all modern amenities: LED TV with Canal+ and Canal SAT, WIFI throughout the house, plancha grill, Nespresso. The first bedroom has a double bed of 140 cm and two single beds, the second bedroom a bed of 160 cm (possibility to set up a cot). Total occupancy is 6 people maximum. All linens (sheets, towels, tea towels...) are provided free of charge. The 800 m2 garden is wooded and for the exclusive use of tenants (July and August) with landscaped stone pool (alarm), 2 large terraces with furniture, well and large pool house fully equipped for your summer meals (refrigerator, dishwasher...) The grounds are fenced and secure Guest access In the absence of the owner, guests have access to the entire property (house, pool house, pool and garden): this year from July 24 to August 14, 2021. Outside of this period, tenants will retain use and access to the entire property, including, if they wish, exclusive access to the summer kitchen for evenings. Other things to note Summer rentals are from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. The increase of 20 euro per night per additional guest beyond 4, does not apply during the months of July and August. A security deposit of 500 euros will be requested (check or cash) upon arrival of the tenants when the owners are absent during the stay. The rate includes the end-of-stay cleaning fee.
