The cozy bedroom comes with a private bathroom, and the apartment also includes Wi-Fi and a TV for added convenience. For extra peace of mind, there is a Mamad (reinforced safe room) in the apartment. Located on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator, the apartment also offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. With its comfortable interior, convenient amenities, and close proximity to the beach, it’s a great base for enjoying the city. Government ID Requirement In accordance with Israeli law, we require a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to your arrival. 2. Value Added Tax (VAT) & Tourist Exemptions By booking this property, you agree to pay an additional 18% VAT, which is applicable to Israeli citizens as required by law. Foreign Tourists: You are exempt from this tax. To claim your exemption, you must provide a photo of the B2 tourist slip received at passport control upon arriving at the airport. 3. VAT Payment Process If the 18% VAT applies to your reservation, it will be collected either through the booking platform's payment center or charged directly by our property management team, depending on how your reservation was processed. We will provide you with the exact payment steps if this applies to your stay. House Rules & Guidelines To ensure a comfortable stay for you and a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe the following: No Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free property. No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or large gatherings. Noise Levels: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. Pets: Pets are not permitted unless prior approval is granted by management. Energy Conservation: Please help us conserve energy by turning off the lights and AC/heating whenever you leave the property.
