The space Set back from the road at the end of a private gated gravel driveway, this lovingly restored, spacious and light filled cottage offers a luxurious setting for family gatherings at any time of the year. The ground floor has a superb modern, fully fitted kitchen/dining area complete with central island and bar stools, as well as a large dining table with seating for eight guests and full height bi-folding doors onto the rear garden. The separate sitting room also has bi-folding doors opening onto the garden and a wood burning stove, ideal for those cosy winter evenings in. Rising up from the entrance hall is a beautiful oak staircase leading up to the first and second floors of this delightful cottage. Bedroom one is on the first floor with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, along with bedroom two, another king-size and bedroom four with twin 3' single beds; and a family bathroom. On the second floor is a further family bathroom with a stunning oval bath and bedroom three with a double bed. The rear garden has a large lawn and patio area with outdoor furniture; perfect for alfresco dining or simply relaxing after a long day exploring the Cotswolds. To the front of Little Tithe is ample off-road parking for up to four cars and a further lawned area. A short stroll from the property is the award-winning village pub, The Horse and Groom. Additional Information: Sorry, no pets. Children and babies welcome (two stairgates, one highchair and one travel cot are available free of charge and on request - please supply your own cot linen). The bedding is non-feather. A hairdryer is provided in bedrooms one and three. Sorry, no stag or hen parties. EV charger available (standard type 2 7kw charger), free to use during off peak hours (12am-5am). Use outside of these hours can be arranged directly with the owner. First Floor: Bedroom one With a 5' king-size bed. En-suite shower room With a shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, underfloor heating and WC. Bedroom two With a 5' king-size bed. Family bathroom With a bath with overhead shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, underfloor heating and WC. Bedroom four With twin single 3' beds. Second Floor: Bedroom three With a 4'6 double bed. Bathroom With a bath, wash basin, underfloor heating, heated towel rail and WC. Outside: Rear enclosed patio courtyard with lawn area, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
