To the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms: 1 double with an newly fitted ensute and second bedroom with a childrens bunk ( ladders to a full size single bed and a double pull out sofa bed below). Main faily bathroom is also newly fitted and comprises toilet, washbasin, bath and chrome towel rail. Guest access To the rear of the property, the cottage has a patio area with garden furniture and a few steps which lead down to the vegetable garden. The large grassed lawn area to the side of the cottage is the garden to the main barn and is not for use by guests.
