On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and one of the most beautiful terraces in Tuscany on the Padule di Fucecchio that offers the possibility of birdwatching in the most important wetland area in Italy. Our house is close to the most beautiful tourist attractions in Tuscany. The space The house, open to tourists since May 2018, is about 140 square meters and consists of three double bedrooms (160x195 cm beds) with high-quality traditional furniture, a living area with a comfortable sofa, and a kitchen. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, on request, amenities for children, such as a cot, bottle warmer, bathtub, stroller, etc... A nice terrace can accommodate you to relax outdoors throughout the day. The swimming pool is 5 km from the apartment and there you will also find a good bar and a restaurant-pizzeria. Guest access Access to the house is directly from Via Porto di Cavallaia, we have a parking space for the exclusive use of the house. A large parking lot is located a few dozen meters from the house. Other things to note The accommodation tax is not included and must be paid at the time of check-in. The house is located in Massarella, a hamlet of Fucecchio. We are just a few minutes' walk from the Padule di Fucecchio, one of the most important natural areas in Europe. A few minutes' drive from the center of Stabbia or Fucecchio (shops, laundry, banks, groceries, etc.) but with a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills from San Miniato to Montecatini, to the Apuan Alps. The historic center of Fucecchio with the Civic Museum, the Bassi-Montanelli foundation, the Collegiate Church and the Church of San Salvatore and the beautiful Poggio Salamartano.
