We sleep up to 4 guests in a self contained cottage with off road parking and wrap around 6 ft enclosed garden for your piece of mind The outside has subtle lighting all around the garden to add to the atmosphere while your relaxing in the enormous hot tub , the outside games room is just off this area with bar stools , fairy lights , connect 4 , bar games , swing ball is in the garden too , as are chairs and loungers . Inside relax in the deep roll top bath with a glass of bubbles and your favourite book, large walk in shower in this airy pink downstairs bathroom The kitchen has everything you need , the dining table swiftly changes to a pool table . Why not curl up on the comfy sofas in front of the crackling fire, large tv , good wifi and Netflix ❤️ Upstairs the beautiful silver French style kingsize bed , tv , chaise, dressing area and chandelier, Second bedroom has either twin or superking bed , tv , dressing table and tv . The minute you walk through the gate is your time to enjoy and relax. We know a family holiday isn’t complete without your four - legged best friend ,offering a safe fully enclosed outdoor space for exploring, we provide a throw so you can have cuddles on the sofa , plus bowls , but we do request they stay downstairs but do have a stairgate in place . Guest access You will enjoy exclusive private access to the entire self contained cottage, it’s private garden and hot tub area ,free off road parking Other things to note We are a quiet rural retreat not a party house , we do expect guest to be respectful on an evening and have restrictions for late use of the hot tub. we request no use after 11.00 pm.we provide a starter pack of logs extras can be bought in moores in withernsea or vowels in patrington.
