The home is a three-bedroom holiday home with glimpses of the River Gannel which is just a short stroll away. Great location only a short walk to the famous world renowned Fistral Beach and a ten/fifteen minute walk into the vibrant town of Newquay and many other beaches shops bars cafes and restaurants. The award winning Newquay Zoo and Trenance boating lake are a 5-minute drive but walkable in 20 minutes along with a tennis centre which boasts both indoor and outdoor courts. The Tennis centre also boasts paddle courts . Waterworld with its 25-metre pool, fun-pool and slides is in the same location along with a skatepark. If a keen golfer enjoy a round of golf at one of the finest links courses in Cornwall with amazing views over Fistral Beach only 5 minutes away. On arrival park on the driveway. On entering through the front door you walk into the porch area ideal for coats and body boards etc. From here walk into the lounge and dining area. The kitchen is separate and includes WM and Dishwasher. You can also access the decked area from the kitchen door. Upstairs the family bathroom is separate to the toilet and has shower over the bath. All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Bedroom 1 is a kingsize Bedroom 2 a double and has views of the tidal River Gannel from the bedroom window. Bedroom 3 a twin room. All the bed linen is provided as well as towels but not Beach towels. The garden is very green with lawned area and plenty of bushes and shrubs.
